This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the 999myr platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 999myr platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via a web browser on a desktop, Android smartphone, iOS device, or any other device. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at 999myr. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice, with any remaining balances subject to forfeiture.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, active mobile number, and payment details. Inaccurate or false information may cause transaction verification to fail, particularly during fund withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 999myr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, contact our customer support immediately.
You agree not to share, lend, sell, or transfer your account to any other party. Account use by a third party, even with the account holder's permission, is a violation of these terms.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 999myr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by third-party banking systems are beyond 999myr's control.
For withdrawals, your bank account name must match with the name registered on your 999myr account. Failed withdrawals due to mismatched information are the user's responsibility. 999myr reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
The platform reserves the right to hold or block any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law. In such cases, the relevant authorities may be notified as required by law.
Platform Usage Terms & Liability Limits
Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from using the 999myr platform for any of the following purposes:
- Fraud or manipulation of the gaming system
- Using automated software (bots) to place bets
- Uploading or distributing illegal content
- Interfering with the platform's technical operations or disrupting other users
- Opening an account using another person's identity
- Any activity that violates Malaysian law
Platform Liability Limits
999myr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including:
- Service disruptions due to maintenance or technical faults
- Losses arising from disputed betting outcomes
- Transaction delays caused by third parties
- Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account
The maximum total liability of 999myr to any user under any circumstance is limited to the active balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Suspension & Account Closure Policy
999myr reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these terms is identified. Account suspension may occur for the following reasons:
- Confirmed fraud or suspicious behaviour
- Multiple account ownership
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested
- Activities that violate laws or platform regulations
- Attempting to manipulate the bonus or payment system
In the event of account closure due to a violation, 999myr reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the suspected activity. Users may contact customer support to submit an appeal within 30 days of the closure date.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 999myr platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 999myr or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 999myr is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
999myr reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the 999myr platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
